Trouble business the employees are rude. the female that answers the phone don't know her job.

Went to buy a bed there. Saw and liked and bought one. Salesman wrote a different size on the invoice than was on display. Now they don't want to deliver the one we saw, and don't want to cancel invoice and refund. Policy is pretty much buy and deal with us at your own risk.

Very disgusting customer service and always trying to make money with lying to the customers. Fraud and liars

Not trust worthy company and the employees are always misbehaving with customers after taking money when it comes to dilevery the location at Duncan Avenue in jersey city for furniture direct should go out of business as they don't know about business.

Very bad service and Requegsting public to be aware of these kind of fraud and liars as they just want to take public hard earnrd money .Never trust them.

would really recommend this place,,no pressure salespeople, bought a recliner set and queen mattress for less then I almost spent at bobs for the recliner only!,, im in sales and I really appreciated the way I was dealt with,, will be back in the future thanks guys!

i was drive i decide to stop check . there eas great furniture and price i decide to buy i was to pick up they say to me 5 days. but im waiting for more then one week .the promisse to me in five days all ready pass 8 days , i dont like to buy thing and the ower promise something can not give the day say to me im very disapoiment.

I needed a bedroom set i saw one that i like but it was over my price so i saw the same set here for HALF the price and got it within a few days the saleswoman was very nice u will certainly go there again and tell my family and friends to go shop there

i came in with my family to look for a bedroom set for my daughter, she was very picky and had seen something at another store she liked that was a little too pricey for our budget, they had the same set displayed on their showroom for $899, where it was for $1300 at the other store,,, so everyone got what they wanted my daughter got her set,, and i saved $$400!
