6/13/12 I just left Bob's and was very pleased with the entire experience. When I first had trouble raising my passenger side window on my Chevy Cavalier I called Bob's and spoke to Tom who quoted me a very reasonable price to raise my window and said he could do it this afternoon as long as I got there in the next 15 minutes. I got lost and it took me at least a half hour and he was still willing to help me when I got there. David was the technician who did the hands on work and I can't say enough about him. He was professional, fast, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. When you have any glass needs, I highly recommend that you go to Bob's Auto Glass at 749 Communipaw ave in Jersey City.Tom will tell you to just drive in "like you own the place". Ray

I called Bob's Auto Glass yesterday morning to see if they could tint the back and rear windows on my new car that same day. They had the space and told me to come on in. I waited for about an hour and half to find that they did an excellent job with my windows. Would recommend them for anyone looking to get tints on their windows.

I called at 9am on a Saturday to enquire about replace a door glass that had got broken. They asked for my car info, told me to come on in and less than hour later, I was on my way home with a new window!
