Zen Buddhist Order is a nonprofit our community of Monks and lay practitioners integrate this 2550 year wisdom tradition with modern science and techniques to heal and address the symptoms of anxiety and stress in our busy lives. Through mindfulness, Chi gong exercises, stretching, subtle energy work, bowing, chanting, meditation, proper diet and service to others. We can come back to our true nature which is perfect and at peace. Spiritual director Ven. BupSahng is a licensed monk of the Korean Taego Order and Chaplain with over 20 years experience. Meeting of all faiths traditions struggling with both mental and physical challenges. Our ministry is a wisdom tradition that touches people across the globe, in both clinical, end of life struggles Sunim has been working with all faiths traditions for true love does not discriminate everyone wants to be happy. Our community has experience facilitating healing interfaith discussion in Universities, Prison, Groups and corporate life.
