I took a Ralph Lauren sweater dress in for cleaning in March, picked it up, hung it in my closet, never thinking to examine it. Just removed the dress from the plastic and it was covered with numberous dirty colored stains. I went back to the cleaners and was told that they would do nothing about it because it had been more than 10 days. I then asked for the managers name and was told that they could not give that information out. I have tried numerous times throughout the day to reach someone by phone buy they will not pick-up. I will never use this cleaners again.
Handmade Chintz Bedspread and drapes in for "dry" cleaning on January 21, 2013. PIcked up on January 22, 2013. Drapes had been dry-cleaned (partially but incorrectly ironed so pleats are not aligned and drapes still wrinkly), but the queensize bedspread was "WASHED" and shrunk from a queen size down to a perhaps regular size, the sateen finish in gone and the bedspread is ruined. Returned bedspread evening of January 22, 2013 to complain. Employees tried to stretch the spread out but won't help as the chintz coating is now gone so spread is still ruined. Owner, in Broken Arrow, seems to think it is our fault, not his and not cooperative.

I have been to this cleaners twice and no one was there. Once at 7:00 am when they were to be open at 6:30 am and again at 4:00 pm. The afternoon I stopped by, they had to leave for an errand. Will find a more reliable cleaners!

On 2 occasions back to back...they couldn't find my pants. After the 3rd trip in, I personally went behind the counter because I thought I saw them. I did see them and they were double tagged with someone else's name on them. They gave me the pants, which I paid for. They didn't offer to discount the cleaning fee, much less no charge! They never even apologized for the confusion and the 3 separate trips I made to pick them up. Second time, they could only find one pair of three that I brought in. I told them, this pair is free and when the other 2 appear, they WILL be free as well. We'll see if they find the remaining.
