Provided by YP.comI took my 2015 Altima in for a minor recall and the service experience was wonderful. My car was completed in the time they told me it would be and Chris Bors was nice enough to bring my car around to the front door when it was ready.
I highly recommend Faulkner Nissan in Jenkintown.

Provided by YP.comAnother fabulous experience at Faulkner Nissan!! I Leased a Pathfinder there on 9/30/15 and went back to lease a Maxima there on 11/30/15. Paula was great both times! I got fabulous lease prices on both of my new Nissans and great trade in values on both of the vehicles I traded in. Everyone in the sales department was great, both cars were delivered in excellent condition. No reason to go anywhere else!!!

He had high spirits the entire time and made me feel excited about my new purchase from the moment I walked in the door. The Finance consultant, Warren was also very friendly and down to earth. He helped the process go alot more smoother. Faulkner Nissan has exceeded my expectations! Thank you for your awesome service and time!

Provided by YPmobileThe staff is very friendly, but never gave a time that my car would be finished. Dropped my car off at between 8:30a-9a (Friday)for a dent repair (3) and new car wash. It wasn't finished until 5pm. I didn't have ride to pick up my new car and when I received my car at 7pm , it still was a dent they didn't fix in the same spot. By the time I got there service was closed and when I called the next day after work (Saturday) they were already closed now I have to wait till Monday to deal with this situation.

Provided by YPmobileFaulkner Nissan has taken major strides forward with their service department. I brought my vehicle in for its yearly inspection Monday night. At 1130 am Tuesday morning I received a call from Chris in the service department informing me it was all set and ready to go. It only required two new tires. This kind of turn around hasn't always been the case. I'm very pleased they were able to get me back on the road so quickly.

Provided by YP.comI was bringing my car in for inspection and oil change. Service on this day was very poor. My appt. was for 8:45am when I arrived they said it was for a drop off. Well, that was not told to us at the time we made the appt.. Then I was told that they would most likely get to my car by 11:00am; well it was about 2:00pm when the decide to look at my car. Around 2:30 I was told my car needed a bushing... Well I said that should be covered by my Nissan warranty - they said well we don't see one. I asked the service guy to have a mechanic take me to my car, after 15mins, I had to remind the service guy. I then had to track down Cherry Hill Nissan to see if it was in the system, I did and it was in the system. Service guy never offered to help call. I handed my phone to the service guy so he could talk to Cherry Hill and only then did he find it in the system. They completed the work a little after 5:00pm with a $154 bill after a $5.00 discount. Here is also something that took place. While sitting in the waiting area. A customer that arrived after me indicated that they had to be at school (U of PA) by 2:00; the service guy said, "let me see if I can get a second mechanic to help work on your car also, that way we might be done around 1:00pm".
