Jenison Junior High School is an educational institution that works for the physical, emotional, and social development of students in grades seven and eight. The school conducts classes in science, social studies, music, math, foreign languages and physical education. Jenison Junior High School offers various extracurricular opportunities, orchestra, band and choir. It operates several after-school clubs, as well as organizes athletic activities, including basketball, football, soccer, swimming, cheerleading and tennis. Jenison Junior High School maintains a work force of more than 70 employees. The school is accredited by the state of Michigan. It organizes parent-teacher conferences, open houses, counseling sessions, contests and performances.
