My studio is a place to come get physically and emotionally fit. Train the brain and the body will follow. You will learn to balance, work, family, friends and health. I teach how to make healthy food choices......how to learn to eat for the rest of your life, I teach about getting enough sleep, managing stress and doing the right thing when you are struggling. I am about creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
