I love KCA! Their staff is so wonderful! My daughter went here for four years and was so sad when she went to kindergarten. They worked with me when I was low on cash. If i ever have another baby they would go here.

My son attended until we moved out of state. He loved it there and we loved the camera system. It made us feel so much more comfortable to know we could watch what was going on live in the classrooms all day every day.

We were trying to find a good place for our ASD son and his brothers to attend daycare while I'm in school and my husband is at work during the week.

Our income is on their higher scale, but we qualified for RVR daycare assistance.

The Director had me fill out paperwork and told us to hold a spot for our children for the 2015 year, we would need to give them $200. We were told the copay after giving the $200 tuition payment for 2015 (date of payment given was in December 2014). We realized there was no way we could afford $375 a week.



The Director decided to throw a loud fit in front of the employees in the office, because I asked for our tuition payment back since it was not 2015 yet. After an hour of trying to get this tuition payment back, the Director finally printed a reimbursement check.



Feeling the situation was completely odd, we looked up both Directors names in a 100% public record database to find Money Laundering (from a company card) and a Child Abuse case with CPS.

First impression by staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I was very disappointed b/c I had high hopes for this center. The director/owner herself made me feel like it was a burden that my son and I were there... I went to the daycare for a tour and to get the enrollment packet, after calling a few days prior and being told by a staff member to visit for those things whenever it was best for me. So that is what I did... I left work early to pick up my toddler and get to the center early enough to be able to meet with someone w/o being rushed. Needless to say, I rang the doorbell and we were not greeted in a warm way at all. No smile, no hello, just "what do you need?" When I said why we were there, it was obvious that the staff member was annoyed and did not want to meet with us. She outright said I could not have a tour at that time and would have to come back another day (which btw is hard for me to do b/c of work), and then began going over a paper in the packet in a rushed, unfriendly tone. Did not offer for us to step in the office. Did not ask my name, my 1 year old's name, or even acknowledge his presence on my hip (which I thought odd of someone working in a daycare, especially a director/owner of a center. You would think they would really love babies and not be able to help it... didn't even look at him). Just a cold, annoyed vibe... The center looked clean, colorful, nice from what I could see from the doorway area. Like I said, it was not a priority to show me and my son around, after being told specifically on the phone to come any time I wanted. When I made the arrangements to go (left work early, picked my son up early, packed a snack for him b/c his dinner would be late b/c of the visit), she told me no and expects me to arrange my schedule again to fit hers... Very unhappy with this experience. Feel my time was wasted and treated rudely by the person in-charge. That only leads me to think, how professional/kind can the rest of the staff be? Kind of want my child around people that smile and have manners... Will not be returning the enrollment packet for this center.
