Peak Rehabilitation, Inc was established in 2005 and opened for business on March 7, 2005. We have created a safe and warm environment so our patients can focus on their physical therapy needs and maintaining "Peak Function" at all times. Our well-experienced staff strives to treat each patient with the utmost professional care and kindness. Due to our growing business, we opened our 2nd location in Commerce, GA on June 1, 2012.
