My heat went out right when family arrived for the holidays and I needed someone right then to get it heating again. I remembered the name i saw on the van in the neighborhood and called GeorgiaSpec. They came out on a holiday, found the problem, made the repair, and had the main floor heating within an hour. The Technician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. All my friends and family members would not let him leave until he had something to eat and some eggnog. 1st of the year we have him coming back to do an Energy Audit and get us thinking energy efficiency. Thanks GeorgiaSpec!!!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! These are professional technicians. We schedule a call and they were here within time frame. Went straight to diagnosing the problem without wasting time trying to tell me how great or different their company was, and within an hour I was up and heating. With the OTHER HVAC contrators I have dealt with they always tried to sweet talk me and waste my time. I wanted a professional company to deal with that would give me the facts and not guess while talking about something not related to my problem. I received professionalism with GeorgiaSpec!!! I believe they let their service speak for itself. The pricing was more than fair and but the service priceless! Fantastic! If you want the best you might as well forget the rest and just call GeorgiaSpec!!!

Had another company come out 3 that has a dog in their logo without the problem being fixed - kept trying to sell me new equipment. Well I called Phil with GeorgiaSpec, LLC and he was out in an hour and found and fixed the problem. It has been weeks without any other issues, and my house cools better than when installed 6 years ago. GeorgiaSpec impressed me with their digital testing equipment and then how green they are by offering paperless invoicing and payment. The invoice actually gets digitally signed by me on their ipad and then emailed to me. Talking about a green company.
