When my son started here he did awesome and I loved the teachers and the staff but it all started changing 2 or 3 months into the school year. My child has issues with ADHD and we have seeked help from doctors since birth. They were aware of this from the start and made it clear they could help our child while at school because they had other children with the same issues. Both the director and his lead teacher claimed to have children of their own with the same issues as my child and understood what my husband and I were going through. He attended 5 days a week and we normally got calls from the school at least 3 of them to get him early because they could not deal with him. I was told many times they had paper work to do and didn't have time to focus on him. The school shortened his days from almost 8 to only 2 hours (considering it is a lottery funded pre k spot I am unsure if they notified the state that he was there for just a few hours instead of a full day). Everytime I picked him up, there was always some staff member stopping me to complain about my child. I went from being friendly and giving as a parent at this school to going out of my way to avoid contact with any of the staff. I knew I would only hear a bunch of complaints. There is a serious problem with bad attitudes from this pre k staff as well as pure laziness! If your child has issues do not count on this pre k to put much effort forward, these kids do not ask to be born with these issues but are made to feel guilty because of it! They continue to call me to get him early even though he is only there for 2 hours which tells me they do not give a damn about my child!!!!

Highly disappointed my grandson attended the first class he seemed to love his teacher and most of the staff he was in with one year olds mostly while in that class he had got bit a few times it happens also kids tend to get bumps and bruises that's gonna happen.Things changed when he got moved up a class seemed to cry a lot if he was handed to that teacher if he if he got handed to other staff members he seemed fine made me wonder why he was acting that way when he got moved up was it the teacher or something else.then came the problems we were told he had bit a child a few times that we needed to correct it at home keep in mind he got bit a few times in the first class well how can u correct it at home when it doesn't happen at home he's around a bunch of other kids other than the daycare and has never bit them so why is it only happening at the daycare. We were told we have to withdraw him.you know it's sad that he learned it from daycare and it only happens there not a at home makes me wonder now if these kids are being watched like they should be my advice is sometimes things happen for a reason my grandson is a loving child and plays well with other kids I ve watched him with other kids so I know .
I was highly disappointed with this facilty. I think its sad how they treat the kids and you never know what teacher your child is going to have. The owners are lazy and very unprofessional.

I really enjoy Bright Beginnings but more importantly my son loves it. He can't wait to get to school in the morning. The staff are always friendly and smiling. They know you and your child by name. I really like the fact that they really get to know your child. I also have an infant that attends bright beginnings and it truely eased my mind when she started to talk about what games he enjoys playing and the little tricks that soothes him when he is upset. I wouldn't go anywhere else :))
Bright Beginnings is a excellent day care. Both of my children attended the Pre-K programs there and were more than ready for Kindergarden. Both of my boy excelled in their first year of school. The facilities are clean and all of the teachers I came in contact with were very pleasant. The ownership run it like a business and seem to genuinely care about the students. After having been exposed to bad day care facilities and staffs Bright Beginnings was a breath of fresh air. It wasn't a convenient drive for us because of where we lived but it was certainly worth it!

This pre-k program is a joke. They watch movies, are made to write their names as punishment, and it appears as though the tolerate bullying. I cannot see how they are meeting the state standards...the communication is terrible. I would not recommend this place:(

I enrolled my child into this day care. In the beginning the staff and owners were very nice and professional and once my child started things changed. The turn over rates is ridiculous and I never knew what teacher was going to be in my childs class. The teachers would never smile nor speak when I entered the classroom to bring my child and pick my child up. They were very inconsiderate that my child had never been in daycare before and did not know how to give him that extra attention and nurture. I was not happy with the staff nor the owners and they seemed to care less that I withdrew my child immediately. They were very fake and gossiped alot.
