I called ahead and spoke with Hope to confirm what my payments would be with my insurance policy for treatment for BOTH my husband and myself. I was told that OUR deductible was already met so we would have to make a small payment out of pocket for each visit. What a great deal! Unfortunately dishonesty finds opportune moments to feed on those in vulnerable situations and my back pain and my husband's shoulder issues made us the prime candidates to be swindled by these money grubbers. My appointment was first and I was given paperwork to fill out which based on my previous conversation with Hope, I assumed would be the same paperwork that my husband would fill out the following day for his first appointment. BIG MISTAKE. They found out, and didn't share with us despite my lengthy conversation with Hope, that he has a separate deductible and gave him a completely different detailed cost breakdown than mine, never indicating to him that it was any different from the paperwork that I signed. I told him ahead of time that everything was squared away because of course I thought we did our research and asked the right questions ahead of time, but that was far from enough to save us from an almost $400 bill when all was said and done. When I went in to inquire about it, the other front desk person was more than happy to show me just how we were swindled by presenting the two separate forms with two separate deductibles handwritten on it. Find another physical therapy place to visit where they actually care about their patients and the front desk ladies don't spend all day gossiping. Your gossip and incessant blabbering is distracting to your clients who are trying to relax and focus on their therapy. The actual therapists are fantastic, but unfortunately their great service is overshadowed by the dishonesty of this companies' administration. My attempts to reach the customer service line were futile after numerous attempts. Hopefully this review will save someone else from a similar fate.
