I am a very unhappy apria customer. They have very poor service when it comes to bariatric equipment. If you need a larger bed do not go to this company. Unfortunately some people out there have needs to be met. If you dont have a bed that accomodates a persons size or weight, being a professional.....You should try to at least accomodate them in finding one or something. This company didn't do this. They said it was our problem after we had gotten two beds from them and they had both broken. The patient was handicapped already, but had a broken leg and ankle and had just had surgery when the bed kept breaking, they didnt help us, the 2nd time they finally did offer to order the same bed again, what was the point in doing that? The bed kept breaking more and more damaged the patient and the floor also, I mean the wheels broke completely off of the bed. They may be good for other equipment but not this, a very disapointed customer! This was not right for them to treat us like that. SAD!
