The Division of Workers' Compensation resolves disputes between employers and injured employees. The division also offers vocational rehabilitation options. It offers a medical fee dispute program that provides health care benefits to claimants. In addition, it organizes several events that include workshops, seminars and conferences. The division is a part of the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, which also operates commission on human rights and employment security and labor standards divisions.
