My children and I have been seeing Dr Dunville for 3 years and he is the best dentist that we have ever been to! Both of my boys were terrified of the dentist before we started seeing him and now they love to go. My dental insurance is even out of network for him now, but I will continue paying a higher rate just because we have such a good experience.

AWFUL with children. He should just not accept children. I had to listen to him yell at my 5 yr old to stop acting like a baby. He even made some comment under his breath that he doesn't get paid enough for this! If working with children is that awful then just don't do it. Now I have my son is absolute pain over the work Dunville did, so I am going to have to take him somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Dunville for the 1st & last time in August 2008. I have dental insurance so my visit which consisted of x-rays & cleaning ONLY should have been covered 100%. However, I was charged over $55 at the end of the visit. After contacting my insurance company I found out they did extra x-rays that were not covered nor necessary! Upon contacting the office & inquiring about this, they were not apologetic at all & basically said that's what they require as a new patient! Also, I was quoted an outrageous price for follow up services (which I later found a lot cheaper at another dentist's office). I informed them I would not be returning as a patient, & they didn't seem to care at all. It made me feel like a number NOT a patient!!!
