Dr. Flood did a procedure on my shoulder and seemed to be a great Doctor at first.I somehow injured myself after the surgery and it seemed as though he just left me hanging telling me to either go to the emergency room or see my regular Doctor. And his Nurse Carolyn seems to try to play more of the doctor than he does telling me to double up on pain medication or take a couple of Aleve along with it.
