Civil Engineering Services is a division of RS Cook, Inc., an engineering corporation since 1981. RS Cook, Inc., is owned by Robert L. Cook, licensed P.E. (MO, 1975) who offers a wide range of professional services for Missouri clients in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Industry. In addition, Professor (retired, 2002) Cook is a licensed Missouri commercial realtor and business broker, so he can offer professional services from land acquisition and sale to project completion. CES provides lower-cost, better quality, and on-time work for a diversified customer base. We provide creative solutions for your business needs and help you avoid the pitfalls unfortunately too common in the AEC Industry. We specialize in projects from about $500,000 to $2M.
