From skilled nursing to independent living, William Penn has it all. We are licensed by the Department of Health and have the approval of both Medical Assistance and Medicare.Since our inception in 1993, our philosophy has been to assist every resident to achieve his/her maximum potential and to provide the highest quality of life through high standards of nursing care, activities, and socialization.
