i recently visited buffalo bills with 8 of my closet friends and the experience was horrible. we got there at 11:15 am and was told no check until 1:00, then we went in a bit early from the pool around 12:15 and the line was all the way around the casino for check in and low and behold they were already checking people in,,, after the 2 hour wait to get up to check in they told us no non smoking rooms left, when i booked i specifically said we need non smoking, well finally another rep said she found some on the 12th floor, so then they put 2 rooms on the 12th and 2 on the 11th, well i thought they only had 12th left. the service rep did nothing to try and accomodate us and was very rude.... also then it was so overbooked and crowded that you couldnt really get on any machines, it was a hit or miss... when i check out ofcourse they billed my rooms (2) out of the 4 an additional 22.00 each so it took another 30 minutes to check out,,, im am in cust relations for a major co not good srvc

Our family took advantage of the freecation promotion and we had a lot of fun. My children (teenager age) enjoyed the rides. I won some $$ on the slots, Crp & roulette table. The food at the buffet was ok. The room accomodations were fine except for the tv. They needed to replace their cables. Other than that situation, we had a great time.
