We always looked forward to our visit with Zaxbys because the asst. Mgr. Kim made us feel welcome each time we came through on our way to visit family in Blue Ridge. Its such a disappointment to know she no longer works there. She was the main reason we came. She made the whole atmosphere welcoming and fun. She always made us laugh and that is a rare quality indeed! She should at least have been given a commendation.! The gen. Mgr, seemed displeased when I asked about Kim Owens. She seemed abrubt and rude. We were going to dine until the GM Angie cntinued to act kind of snotty about Kim Owens. It really didnt make alot of sense to us but losing a manager like Kim Owens has got to have hurt the business to some degree. We will look to find out where she went and enjoy her witty charm and the resturant she choses. We were going ahead to eat first but when the gen. Mgr. Was talking with us my wife said she couldnt because of the rotting teeth and bad breath from the general manager. Now that was shocking. We stop by about every two or three months when traveling.
