Valley Junior High School is affiliated with the Walker County Public School, a K-8 school district with more than 15 schools. Located in Jasper, Ala., Valley Junior High School offers classes from grades kindergarten through eight. Its curriculum includes mathematics, science, social studies, English, music, art, computer technology and physical education. It offers various sports activities, such as track and field, volleyball, basketball and softball. The students participate in the junior beta club and student government association. The school has a media center, music room, gymnasium and activity building. It also offers a library, computer laboratory facilities and cafeteria service to its students.
