Paid cash for vehicle. Title work not processed - ie their floor plan not paid off for over 6 weeks. Lied about when the title application was submitted to the State of Alabama and lied again to cover the previous lies. I spoke with the floor plan company and the State of Alabama directly to confirm the status and dates. Totally inexcusable and unprofessional. The kind of approach that gives all dealers a bad name.
