Today I was in Diane's and it was the WORSTE experience of my life. I came all the way from Florida to find a dress with my bridesmaids, grandmother, and mother. I really wanted this to be the best experience I could have had, but it was not. I found a wonderful dress that I fell in love with. We were not allowed to take pictures unless we purchased the dress. Then on top of that it was over priced compared to the stores in Florida. I then needed my girls to find bridesmaids dresses that they liked and we did, so I asked to get their measurements BUT we couldn't unless we purchased. This is the biggest joke of a bridal store that you will ever see! I WARN YOU, DO NOT GO HERE. I will gladly take my business back to Florida to Vocelles Bridal Shoppe and purchase the EXACT same dress at a MUCH BETTER PRICE from women who love what they do and make sure that I and anybody in my wedding party and family is tended to with the upmost respect and care. Thank you Diane's for being lowsy as all get out. Might I recommend going out of business or finding a new staff and work ethic?!

I agree that Diane's is a great place to find that "perfect" gown. My daughter and I were very pleased with the service we received upon finding her gown and "creating" it from a gown we had seen at a different bridal salon.However, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service received regarding the alterations to the gown. As my daughter's wedding was a beach affair, the gown had a train she felt would be to cumbersome for her event. There was a SIGNIFICANT amount of fabric (ie lace, satin) that was removed from the gown. My daughter was alone the day she went for the initial alteration consultation and noted that the fabric that was immediately removed was "placed in the bag with the dress". I was told as was my daughter that "it is policy to throw away fabric". I had made it perfectly clear to the alterations person, Rene, that ALL fabric taken from this gown I had specific plans for. We were never told of any such "policy".
