If you are considering obtaining insurance through this agency, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere. If you currrently have insurance through them, I highly recommend that you carefully go through any paperwork you currently have through them as well as anything that you receive from them in the future. We purchased a new home last March and added home insurance for that to our existing home owner/ automobile insurance. Its been nothing been a hassle ever since. The new home was grossly underinsured and the existing home was grossly over insured. In addition, a home equity loan was placed on the wrong home in their paperwork and some umbrella policy was just added to our insurance that we knew nothing about and was never discussed with us. We just kept getting a bill for that but the bill never stated what it was for -- the insurance on both homes and our vehicles was paid in full until this coming March. Tricor does receive compensation for handling our insurance and their agent was well aware of the ongoing issues with all of this yet it took me going into their office a number of times, as well as phone calls and emails to get anything done about it. Im paying for a service and it is not my job to have to complain continuously and have to run there to get things resolved. Our old home has been sold and closing was today. I contacted them to drop the insurance on the old house effective tomorrow morning last week. We got paperwork on that in the mail this Monday and once again that was WRONG so another trip was made to their office on Monday about that. Now well see how many months it takes to get a refund on that. Weve had insurance through that agency for many, many years but wont be for much longer.
