Marshall Middle School, located Janesville, Wis., offers a variety of educational and extracurricular programs to students. It has an enrollment of more than 900 students in grades six through eight. The school provides various academic programs, including language arts and reading, math, science, computers, and family and consumer education. It also provides classes in writing and communication skills, vocabulary, grammatical skills and health education. Its health department organizes a variety of programs, such as health and wellness, human growth and development, and fitness, nutrition, weight management. The school has activity clubs that include band, choir, orchestra and technical education. It involves students in co-curricular programs, including half marathon, park cleanups, Thanksgiving food distribution, blanket making, Relay For Life program and leadership conferences.
