I like auto spa. I always take my vehicles there. however today 12/25/14 at 2:45pm I went to the one on Milton Avenue. Went into the first bay of the automatic wash and when the wash finished the exit door would not move passed half way. So I had to exit vehicle and find a phone number. The only number available was the # to the building itself. We were stuck in the auto wash and because both doors would not move. we sat there waiting for someone else to pay for a wash and then back out of the car wash. We paid the people the people for letting us out of the car wash. So I gave a 3 star for not having an emergency number. otherwise I would have ripped the doors off there tracks to get out. auto spa I left you a message on your answering machine about this incident as well.
