WellWorks LLC PO Box 1 Jamestown, RI 02835 On December 6, 2011, two of your employees, Jimmy and Mike, came to my home to try to resolve a problem I had with my PumpTec. They were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about my well system, the electrical circuitry, and problems I had faced in the past with my well system. They determined that the present problem was an overage of voltage to the system and it appeared to have been resolved by the time they looked at my PumpTec. The following day I had the same problem and called WellWorks again. The person with whom I spoke referred me to National Grid to reduce the voltage to my house to fix the problem. With much apprehension I called National Grid and, indeed, determined that the voltage on the street was high and scaled it back. Since that time I have not visited the problem with the PumpTec again. I am sure you receive complaints by the dozen or never hear from even satisfied customers but I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the work your employees do and the services you provide. I grew up on town water and having had a well now for the past 30+ years I have learned the ins and outs of its workings and problems. Most of my knowledge I have gained from WellWorks personnel and for that I am very grateful. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!

5/11/14 Replaced my well tank (200.00 retail)and fittings (100.00 retail) and spent 45 minutes total time. they charged me almost 700.00. NEVER AGAIN
