They have a very poor service and are very rude with their customers and on top of that, the food ain't even worth it.



I ordered pizza from them once and it was supposed to be a delivery. The delivery guy never showed up so, after waiting for over an hour and a half, I called to see what happened with my order. The guy on the phone told me he was the "manager" and asked what happened to my order. He said the delivery guy told him he came to my house and waited for a while and since no one came out he went back to the store. I told him that I was sitting next to the window waiting for the delivery guy and reminded him that I had gave him my phone # and specifically asked them to tell the delivery guy to call my # as soon as he arrived, in case I wasn't near the window.. All I could hear was the delivery guy complaining on the background and being rude saying that he had come to my house and I wasn't there, that he wasn't gonna go out again, that I should've been ready and he kept going on and on about it. The "manager" on the phone was apologizing for what the delivery guy was saying but he never offered a solution to my problem. At that point, I was really upset by the way the guy on the background was talking and complaining about doing his job and also by the "manager" not telling him to stfu or at least make an effort to keep me as a customer./ I told him to keep his pizza because I did no longer wanted it, that he had lost a good customer and that I would make sure to tell everybody how poor their service was and just hanged up. It's just the worst combination ever: Bad service, Bad food and VERY RUDE employees..



Do yourself a favor and get your pizza from another place.. I would even prefer to buy my pizza at the 7/11 than from this people. Just saying..

so I see a lot of post that apon delivery food was cold I waited 20 min drove 5 mn home the food was cold the wings were bot cooked right and the hot subs for ten dollars were cold with 3 small chucken fingers on them really for ten bucks this place sucks wouldn't work with us were completey rude ill keep my business at pizza express where they aim to please and have great food

Passing through Jamestown and had this delivered to my motel room... arrived cold, burnt and no sauce. called back and manager refused to give refund even if I drove to store. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Wish I could give them zero stars.

great food and good service.... I dont order from anywhere else...they have anything u want....

Very good pizza,fresh toppings,great sauce.Also good subs.vERY clean and neat.
