We had a great experience buying our sofa and love seat with Zimmerman's. The sales woman was knowledgable and friendly. We did have a small problem with our couch after about a month of using it, but after calling the manager of Zimmerman's, they offered to fix it free of charge. We would do business here again.

Be aware that a 90-day trial period of a Tempurpedic bed only means that you will get store credit when you return it. This was never verbalized to us though there is a line on your bill that you should read - "...all returns of stocked items will be issued an in store credit".
