My mom came in for rehab from her brain hemorrhage she had for the fall and it was a nightmare from day one no TV no phone. staff seemed unfriendly never greeted when you came in to visit...the big one was when we were there with my mom and the med aide came in to give meds out and kept on calling my mom buy the wrong name I said no her name is such and such and she said oh ok and still gave her the cup of pills to take I told my mom don't take those!!!and took them away from her and I said her name is such and such all over again then I said she has a roommate it's probably hers!!she didn't even know she had a roommate on the other side of the curtain and even after telling her my moms name she still was going to give her the meds..another day I came in and her tray was on the side of her not even in front of her and so she couldn't eat or put the tray in front of her by herself...they also had a taco salad in front of her what she can't eat she's on a puree diet..the only reason i gave it one star is because I ran into a girl I went to school with that worked there and she seemed to be the only one that had compassion twds my mom and was only working on that wing to pick up extra hours she didn't normally work on that wing...it seems old and outdated my mom was very depressed the whole time she was there thank goodness we were on a waiting list at another one and it is night and day the difference ....this eventide I'm talking about is in jamestown nd
