I bought my Weber Genesis grill there about 5 years ago. That transaction was smooth. Recently needed a new igniter for this grill. I went into Jamesburg Hardware with my Genesis Grill serial number and part number. The igniter needed to be special ordered. I was told it should be in within 3-4 days and I would get a call to come get it. Well, not only did I not get a call when it was delivered, I don' think they ever even ordered it. After 17 days, I finally called one last time to check on it. They said they would need to call me back again. I told them to never mind. I would call Weber directly and ordered the replacement igniter myself. Which I did. 7 minutes later, I hung up with the excellent Weber customer service rep and had my igniter ordered. I will have it within 5 business days. I would have rather had Jamesburg Hardware tell me they forgot to order the part, or that they just don't carry it. But, instead, they wasted my time needlessly.

I have been dealing with this store for a very long time and have never had any problems, issues or concerns with there hospitality..the best people around..honest, trustworthy and loyal businessmen...

Rudest people i have ever dealt with. When looking for a specific pipe size the person I spoke to was very quick to say they did not have it. Afterwards I browsed and found exactly what i was looking for. It felt as if my race was the reason they tried to rush me out of the store. I soon found out the person I spoke to was in fact an owner. As I looked around to find another item I saw the sales rep i spoke to and a group of his co-workers just staring at me with the meanest look in their eyes. I immediately dropped what was in my hand and left the store. It disgusts me to see that there are still people that are quick to judge based on ethnicities in this country. I would give negative stars if that were possible.
