Hillside Manor Health Care Services offers 24-hour skilled nursing, assisted living and rehabilitative services. It maintains a skilled nursing facility, which is a 400-bed rehabilitation and extended care facility, and provides X-ray, diagnostic, laboratory and pharmacy services. Hillside Manor Health Care Services also has a comprehensive care center that provides diagnostic and pediatric services and ambulatory surgery. In addition, the center operates the Adult Day Health Care Center, which provides rehabilitation, nursing, medical care and socialization services to elderly people. It supports the Home Health program, which provides health care services for chronically ill, disabled and elderly adults in their homes. Hillside Manor Health Care Services is located in Jamaica Plains, N.Y.
