General Info

Dr. Lamond is of Scottish descent but grew up in San Diego. He is the first of his family born in America. After graduating from high school, he joined the US Air Force as a Pararescueman. A pararescueman’s primary role involves treating and recovering downed or injured aircrew members. As part of his service, he lived overseas in England and Iceland. Following Dr. Lamond’s time in the Air Force, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University, and then attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating in 2001. He has practiced in Oregon and Texas and has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, implant placement, orthodontic treatment with ClearCorrect, and endodontics. Dr. Lamond loves both the beautiful sights of East Texas and the friendly people he sees every day in his office. He is dedicated to providing care that puts the individual needs of his patients at the very center. When he’s not providing exceptional care, Dr. Lamond enjoys scuba diving, playing golf, going to the gym, and spending time with his dogs.
