We are a marine family and dont expect much but hot water, AC and water pressure are the few things we do expect when paying 900.00 for rent and another 55.00 for water. We have had this problem for nine months and when I called they came and didnt fix it all they did was make exuses on why they couldnt fix it. I called 3 times in 5 months and then just gave up on the nineth month I finally called again and the horried manager told me "I see youve only complained 3 times, if it was that bad im sure you would have called more" and then STILL didnt fix it. In all honesty these problems should have been the first time I shouldnt have had to call but ONE time! This place is so over priced and the staff is so unwilling to help it shocks me. Needless to say my husband and I are deffintly going to be buying a house and getting out of here when our lease is up! Dont make the same mistake we made and listen to the lies about how great it is because I can assure you ita not - ask everyone that lives here before signing that death trap of a lease!

I'm a Marine & been in 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt for 2 months now. Like apt, space, size, and washer and dryer. I hate everything else. I've had cockroaches almost every week. Spiders, silverfish & earwigs also show up. Asked management 3 times to fix the bug problem, and still keep getting them. I finally went and bought some bug killer myself. I used up the whole gallon and plan on getting some more. I've been documenting each time I have cockroaches with pictures and dates. I also keep a clean home so I know it s not for a lack of me trying.

Said apartment was move in ready. The toilet in the master bathroom was broke so every time you sat on it, it moved forward. The caulking around the bathtub was shriveled and falling out, under the stove and fridge hadn't been cleaned I m guessing since when this place was first built in 2005, there s cracked tiles, water damage marks on baseboards, carpet stains in the master closet. Let s just say I m really glad I took pictures of everything before I moved in. Sad to say, the longer I m here, the more crap I find is wrong or broken.

The gym is a joke. There's only 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical machine, 1 mat, and some free weights. The size of the room is tiny and can only hold up to 3 people. It's actually smaller than one of the bedrooms in my apartment. There's a water dispenser right outside the door, but there hasn't been cups in it since after the first week I moved in and half the time, there isn't any water. There are about 4 bikes, but they are located in the basketball court. I think it was an afterthought so they could say there s a gym on the premises. If you go to the website for Puller Place, the pictures of the gym are fake because it s not the gym here. I'm pretty sure this is the smallest gym at any of the local apartment complexes.

This is not luxury living. Their website talks about high end finishes throughout the apartments. I can t speak for the other ones, but in mine, the only thing that s high end is the granite counter tops, crown molding, 6 panel doors, and the floor tiles. Everything else is beyond cheap. The cabinets are particle board with white plastic covering it. It s not even a veneer or paint. Pulled out the stove and found water damage by the dishwasher. The plastic was peeling off, exposing the particle board. On all the bottom cabinets under the door, it looks like white cardboard is nailed to particle board. All the cabinets, cabinet pulls, door knobs, shelving, lighting, shower heads, ceiling fans, light switch plates, electrical outlet covers, mini blinds, and sink fixtures look like they came from Wal-Mart. It s so cheap, there s even fluorescent lighting in the kitchen with the occasional buzzing for effect. In the bathrooms, the tiles don t even reach all the way to the cabinet. There's about 2 inches of concrete floor I can see. Also, there isn't a medicine cabinet in either bathroom.

Kitchen cabinet space is minimal and on the smaller scale, the fridge and microwave are tiny, all the appliances are cheap and low end scale, there isn't a pantry, the sink is small, there isn't a sprayer attachment, and if it weren't for the island, there wouldn't be any counter space.

Something they don t tell you before you move in is that you pay a flat fee for water. It s around $52.00 a month, no matter how little you use. That's a lot of water that I m not using, but paying for. And the extra cost isn't credited to you down the road. However, if you use more than that, you will pay for it of course. Also, the water pressure is horrible. Garbage/trash sucks. There s only 1 dumpster and a big compactor on the other side for 280 units. Unless you take your trash out on the way to work, it s always overflowing by night. There are a lot of stray cats that feed from the dumpster too. Parking is okay, but can be a bit tight with 2 way traffic. They also don't clean the clubhouse that often. Found ant in my coffee after making in clubhouse.
