The employees are wonderful at our local Pet Warehouse here in Jacksonville! Great, friendly staff! They were super patient with me as I kept coming up there waiting for my dream dog. Finally I got a Corgi! She is healthy and full of fun and energy! I highly recommend this place.
They always have what I need and if not they seem to order any tarantula if available they have friendly staff
I just adopted a terrier mix from Pet Warehouse and she’s the absolute sweetest pup I’ve ever had. We named her Pip and are super happy she’s a part of the family now! The two women working the front of the pet store were phenomenal and gave me so much advice for house breaking, crate training, and anything else I asked. Thanks guys!!
Bought a beautiful Mini Aussie from here. Had my vet check him out and said he was very healthy and that I had made a good choice. Staff (especially Holly) was super helpful and friendly. Purchased a baby Leopard tortoise from here a year and a half ago and thanks to their great advise on how to raise him, he has tripled in size. Will always purchase my pets from here.

My husband bought a puppy a couple of weeks ago from Pet Warehouse. The puppy is adorable fell in love immediately.
I had a problem with the pup called Sheryl the manager at the pet store, Sheryl was more than empathetic and helpful.
Puppies are living things with a living factor. Not everything is always going to be perfect and puppies are going to be puppies.
We have a beautiful puppy and would buy from Pet Warehouse again. Sheryl and her staff were beyond professional and help guide me in caring for a small breed dog.
