I have always found employees to be helpful and friendly. The office has always been very clean and there are magazines to look at and TV if you want to watch it. I have never had a bad experience. Bertha Erickson

Provided by DexKnowsI was extremely disappointed with this. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment to fill out paper work, then waited an hour past my appointment. I had another appointment, so was not even able to be seen. When I asked if I could schedule another one since I had to leave and it was their error for appointment booking, they told me the next appointment was a month away. As a fellow medical provider, I found it appalling they did not take better care of their patients.

Dr. Wilshire did a thorough exam that no other doctor did, and it was as simple as dialating his eyes. He detected nerve damage which indicated too much pressure in his head. He told me to immediately take him to UNC, and ended up having surgery the next day. It turned out that the cyst had grown and shifted over his brain. It's a shame I didn't get to Dr. Wilshire sooner, but can't thank him enough for helping me out. You have no idea how relieving it was to hear a doctor on your side after every other do
