FACING FORECLOSURE AS TENANTS (RENTERS FOR 5 MONTHS) In November of 2013 we signed a 1 year lease on a townhouse. Our move in date was December 2nd 2013. We paid an $800 deposit, $300 for pet fees & $800/month for the 1st 6months and it would go up to $850/month for the last 6 months. In February of 2014 the property was served with a pre-foreclosure hearing. We notified property management who claimed they had no idea what was going on. The home owners claimed they had resolved the foreclosure but on May 1st of 2014 findings and order of foreclosure were signed at the courthouse with a sale date of the property set for May 22nd. I looked up the homeowners on several social media outlets and found a ton of trips and big purchases going on over the past few months. I understand the company can't control how the homeowners spend their rent money that we pay. My problem is property management has been utterly rude to us and have not assisted us whatsoever.

Very Unhappy With the people there.
