Disorganized, no follow ups, no call backs, close office when the doctor gets tired on a whim, do not secure test results adequately, poor diagnosis and time to work a patient up, 4 hr wait times, no one in hall to monitor if doctor calls for nurse, the list is endless Am very delighted to say I went elsewhere and received proper med care and dx.

I have been using Family Urgent Care for nine years. My job had a an unpredictable schedule so I had to use a facility that accepted walk in patients. The wait at times was an hour+ but I accept that and a good book will help pass the time. They now take appts and the wait is reduced to inside 20 minutes. Physician staff is excellent and they give you the time and attention if you have issues to discuss. I have never been disappointed in their medical support for me, especially when I had some heart issues. The most important thing is to realize is that your there for medical support, which is very good AND if there is a wait for this kind of support, I'm glad they are available

Do not go here. I've been here 3 times and every time I've had to wait almost 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen and then another 30-45 minutes in the exam room

I was the second person to be seen. but they misplaced my papers in line and i ended up waiting in the tiny white roon for 1.5 hrs. Plus all the female staff talk about past patients and personal life in the front. unprofestional
