They become frustrated and discouraged when the phone Isn’t ringing or the only JOB offers are for selling insurance. Commission only sales positions. Or minimum wage jobs. What I DO is teach them HOW to prepare for their transition from the military to the mainstream SO they CAN avoid the unemployment line and succeed in the civilian world by getting hired and making a living wage that equals what they made in the military or more SO they CAN enjoy life. What makes ME different than other career coaches and resume writers is that I AM a retired united states marine WHO teaches the strategies I used to reinvent myself and enjoy civilian LIFE. Small business owners medical SPA owners and are really good AT what they DO but they are overwhelmed and exhausted AS they struggle to attract customers and clients. They are frustrated with their marketing. Disillusioned with being self employed. And tired of working long hours and NOT making ANY money. They are petrified of having to return to the workforce.
