Provided by DexKnowsThis was the best work I have ever had done. When I got T boned I did not think My truck would ever run the same. In a matter of days though, I had it back and would not know anything had happened. They were done on time and did all the work for my insurance so I didn't have to.

I took my truck to Clinton's Body Shop to get some repairs done do to the aftermath of the Hurricane Irene. They told me my truck would be done in 2 weeks. I also got some additional work done to my truck that wasn't in my original estimate. I paid for the additional work out of my pocket. The grand total price they qouted me was a very competitive price for all the work. After the 2 weeks of my truck being in the shop I called them back to ask if my truck was done. They told me it was done, so I showed up with a friend to pick up my truck. The only work they had done to my truck was the additional work I paid for out of my own pocket. I went in the office and talked to the gentlemen that quoted me about my truck. The gentlemen said that was the only work he had scheduled for my truck. I had to argue with him and tell him that there was a lot more work that needed to be done to my truck. He proceeded to argue with me then lie to my face saying he never copied my orginial estimate from my insurance company. I had to argue with this gentlemen and then I went back to my house to get my original quote from my insurance company. Then he tried to charge me $237 more then the original price he quoted me. Once I got my quote from my house and went back to his horrible shop. I came in the door and then they copied my original quote again. I had to be without my truck for 2 weeks already. Then the gentlemen said I would have to wait an additional 2 weeks to get my truck. At this point I was now without my truck for a month and finally got my truck back last night. Once I finally picked up my truck yesterday I had issues with my truck. The 1st issue was all the paint wasn't finished, 2nd they took off my base decal and put it on a piece of paper. As they took my base decal off my truck they destroyed it so I had to get a new one Monday. 3rd thing my hood of my truck was hard to open once they gave me my truck back. 4th my electrical switch panel on my driver door was broken off. 5th thing the cap on the end of my shifter was broken off. The 6th and final thing that really set me off was they lied to me on more then one occassion. Then tried to get more money out of me and got crappy with my friend I took with me. After it was all said and done they took my truck back into the garage and fixed my hood, and my cap for my gear shift. After they fixed everything they tried to apologize to my friend & I. We didn't accept their apology and left. That is why I am righting this review and calling the Better Business Bureau.

Provided by DexKnowsI must say that this business is a very pleasant place to go to. They are so very dependable. I believe since they have been in business so long shows by the repairs and the concern that I was given in the business. They try to make this experience less stressful because an accident can be a STRESSFUL time.I was very pleased with the work that was done for me. My car was repaired and painted all over. They did a awesome job! I HIGHLY recommend them and I will diffently go back to them. Christy
