I am very surprised to read the other reviews, which were all negative. They must have had a change in staff, as I encountered no problems. It's usually more a matter of who can cut my hair well and not where it's done. In my case, Michelle has been cutting my hair for about a year and does a very good job. She does listen to me and what I want. She's Asian but speaks perfect English.

In had my hair cut by Stephanie P, this is the first haircut I have gotten in Fl. that was done well and they way I wanted it done. She listen to what I wanted and did a great job. Thanks Ella Davey

I thought stylist was unprofessional. All of them were focusing on arguing with an unhappy customer whom was not happy with her daughter's perm. Another patron that was sitting beside me, walked over to the circle of employees and offered to give the lady $10 if she could just get her hair finished so that she could leave. I explained what I wanted the stylist to do to my hair, when she finally returned. I specifically stated that I wanted my hair cut like Kate Gosselin. I asked that she not cut off my duck tale. The first thing she did was cut it off. She did not listen to me at all. That was my first and last trip to that salon. I think you guys need to all Tabitha from the Salon Takeover Show. Doing business like that will put you out of business, I just paid and left very unhappy. I asked for it to be long on one side and short on the other side, that went straight over her head.

The manager of the shop is Spanish along with the receptionist. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are in Cuba, nothing but Spanish between the 2 of them and total silence with the other systlist. The manager thinks she is cute and speaks spanish to other stylist who respond they do not understand. I got my hair done Saurday, 4/11/09 by someone else and the manager came over and said something in Spanish to my stylist and I told her I felt like I was in Miami.She became indignant and asked me if I like spanish? I told her not especially, and she responded it is her language and she thougth it was beautiful. Isn;t this America? Everyone in this shop felt uncomfortable. She went back and spoke spanish to the receptionist and gave me dirty looks. When I checked out, the manager, Isabel ?? told my stylist something in spanish and my stylist responded, yes I know. This place is ghetto to say the least. the manager hatesAmericans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
