My name is Larry Riley and I had the most wonderful experience when I took my vehicle to Sargent. Pryor to Sargent I had taken my Audi to the dealership because my soft top was malfunctioning after being there four hours the cost for repairs was to high so after paying the dianostic fee I left. After that I google top repairs and Sargent pop up and I got a good feeling about there advertisement and after calling first I were told to come down. Shawn the technician said he would be glad to check it out for me.I watch as he went through my top with a fine tooth comb Kenny the other technician was standing by giving feedback also. Thirty minutes had gone by and still my top wasnt working and as he began to put things back together a light came on and he said wait a minute Mr. Riley I think I got it he went to the back of the vehicle and started fumbling and when he said I got it I jump for joy. He fixed the problem I asked how much and he said NO CHARGE! Kudos to Sargent Highly Endorse
