Heart of the Neighborhood! Everything great about the Riverside community is reflected in our Publix. The diversity in the employees, patrons and food items. Love this place...how great that we have a grocery store to walk to and friendly employees to boot. I always dare my husband to stand on the industrial scale in the lobby to see how much we weight...together!

I ordered a platter of finger sandwiches ("The Entertainer") for an office luncheon. When I picked up said platter, I discovered the people in the Deli had failed to butter the bread to keep the sandwiches from getting soggy and they all appeared to be on white bread. It turned out some actually were on an extremely light wheat bread, but it was so light they all looked white -- nothing like the picture of said platter on the internet and in the brochure. Additionally, because they did not refrigerate the bread, when they tried to cut it, instead of being firm and triangular, the sandwiches turned out soft and shapeless. When I opened the container at the office, it was basically an ugly, shapeless, soggy pile and if we didn't have two teenage boys in the firm, no one would have eaten any of them. I wasted around $36 on this mess! Additionally, the unprofessional young woman in the Deli kept addressing me as "Honey," even after I asked her to stop calling me that.
