I love this center

Rung the bell for 5 min. b 4 staff let me n. Said they were n the back when I was ringing the doorbell so they didn't hear me 4 the screaming kids. (SMH on this 1). U have a doorbell so y do u need 2 c b 4 u let me n. Took an officer n w/ me 2 address this and 2 retrieve my daughter's school supplies that they stole from her saying I donated them 2 the whole class. That's a lie. I brought them 4 my child and her alone. Staff said they take the xtra supplies that parents bring and distribute them among the whole class b/c some parents didn't bring anything. Kids will come home sick w/ a bad cold & stomach virus. Two teachers r supposed 2 b w/ the child at all times and her teacher Jessica is the 1 who was there when I dropped her n the mornings. When I went back 2 get her I c her teacher n Family Dollar shopping talking about she's on a lunch break. Take it n the classroom. Don't leave 14 children alone w/ 1 teacher. Was Irresponsible and allowed another student (JAVON) 2 hit my child.

Horrible center. They'll give u a school supply list 4 ur child(supposedly) but will distribute ur child's supplies among the class and will trick u n 2 signing the top sheet stating that u got the school supply list. When u try 2 get the supplies back n case u want 2 transfer ur child 2 another center, they won't give back all the supplies u brought stating that some parents don't bring anything 4 their child so they use the xtra supplies 4 the whole class b/c that's what u donated them 4. Won't tell u that free VPK is M-T only 9am-1pm w/ no school on Friday. They told me that Friday after I got there and laughed as though it was funny. Allow staff and kids 2 come 2 school sick infecting others. My daughter stayed out 3 days b 4 I removed her from here b/c of a stomach virus and a bad head and chest cold. Center is so unorganized. Went there b 4 school started and filled out free breakfast and lunch form. They lost it the 1st day of school and asked me to refill the forms back out.
