Every time we order from this particular restaurant, somehow, we always get Richard on the phone! Richard is super cool and down to earth. Love this guy! And John, our favorite delivery driver, was so not expecting me to ask for a joke today but he came off the top of his head with one! Gave him a 30% tip because of it. These people are so fun and so nice! If you left a bad review, I am absolutely positive that you either know nothing about being part of the service industry, or that you just plain don't realize you are ordering from Papa Johns and not the Ruths Chris! Bad reviewers... take that stick out of your butt! Papa Johns, Merrill Rd is the best franchise in Jax and you're missing out if you dont make the drive or place an order!

I had ordered delivery the previous night and after an hour of wait I decided to call back and check on the status of my delivery. The driver said he had knocked on my door and no one answered, turns out the driver had the wrong apt and instead of calling me he just returned to the store without saying anything. On his second trip back he still couldn't find the apt. The manager called apologize saying because it was almost closing time and I wouldn't be receiving my food. He said he would give me some credit for my next order. The next day I ordered to use my credit but the employee said I didn't have credit because the manager never put it in the system. So I was left with no food and no credit as promised.

I remember that it was a more pleasant restaurant in the past, but waiting 5 min at the window to then be rudely treated by people who don't understand how glass works (yes, we can see you muttering and making rude gestures)... This place has gone downhill.

This is a great location to take the family to dinner. The staff is very friendly and service was outstanding. Our family also orders for delivery on occasion and they always bring hot, great tasting pizza. I love this Pizza Hut.

We ordered a hand-tossed pizza and specfically requested "extra cheese." However, what was delivered was a thin-crust without extra cheese, was extremely salty and the delivery person did not bring any packets of red pepper. Also the person called "Kathleen," who usually answers the phone at this location mumbles, is difficult to understand, extremely rude and if she wasn't a minority, would probably have been fired long ago.
