We bought over $7000 worth of palm trees from Palm Trees By Trent in December. Over 10% of the trees were dead. They flat out lied and said they would replace them. It has been 8 months and still no replacements, all of the while telling us they would. To make matters worse they finally told us it would cost $1400 to replace the four dead trees. All of this after being a customer for 20 years previously spending over $12,000 on their trees. Do yourself a favor do not bother calling them, they will rip you off like they did us. You would have thought they would have appreciated all of our business and referrals. Buyer Beware!!

Again, like the other reviews made several calls without any reply...please remove your ad "we buy palm trees" if you do not intent to actually do so or even make an attempt ..

I have called repeatedly over the last 3 months, to have my palm tree replaced. They have returned 3 of my 30 plus calls. Each time telling me next week. Next week never comes. They apparently are not going to stand behind their 1 year replacement guarantee. Do not do business with this company. Pay more some where else, save yourself the aggravation.

I have placed 14 phone calls in the span of three weeks and visited the nursery twice in an attempt to have the staff come to my house and evaluate a dead palm tree planted less then a year ago by "Palm Trees by Trent". Only 1 call was returned and the staff has not come to the house to evaluate the tree. They get your money and then do not honor their warranty claim taking a chance that time will pass and the customer will forget about it. . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Next stop, small claims court.
