trying to pass off old parts as new in car repairs.

this particular repair shop has "dishonest wallet burner" written all over it. During a recent family trip, our car broke down with a bad AC compressor clutch. We stopped in to see what could be done to get us back on the road. The very first thing I noticed was how they attempted to run the business like a doctor's office, where you have to go through a couple of secretaries to speak to or even see the mechanic. The guy they sent out to pick up the car looked like he was still reliving a pretty wild evening the night before. After asking more than three times, the mechanic finally came to the front, very obviously annoyed, to axplain AC compressors to me and my family, whereupon he attempted to charge me in excess of $700. When I stated that I wasn't concerned if the AC worked or not, They told me that there was no bypass alternative for my car. About fifteen minutes later I located a $40 bypass pully at a nearby Advanced Auto Parts store and paid one of the clerk's friends $60 to put

CAN NOT BE TRUSTED Brought my Jeep in to have the shocks replaced and the clutch fixed. I was OVERCHARGED... even for a new price estimate. And what I got was my shocks cleaned and a used clutch that still didn't work right. I didn't get a block before I turned around to complain it wasn't fixed just to be told I didn't know what I was talking about. New parts on my invoice were not even bothered to be replaced. I guess they saw the out of town plates and thought that WOMAN won't know what to look for.... $$$$$$$$$
