I planned to use them just for the heavy furniture because I could easily move the cartons. When they showed up with a huge truck I figured they had plenty of room to take the stuff I haven't gotten to. They were quick, efficient‎ very friendly, very quick and professional. Good job!!!

He talked to me about new processes put in place to prevent future mistakes and refunded a portion of my move to show Watson's appreciation and gratitude. I have to say, customer service like this is just not found these days. Reggie really cares that your move goes smoothly and without a hitch and if its not right they make it right. With this high level of customer service I would not use any other moving company.
