Joyner is a great doctor but his staff can't say they are great some of his staff like to tell people children personal information but other then that all the other doctors are great too

The doctors are wonderful but I would have to agree with some of the other comments that the staff, not so much. It takes days for you to get in touch with a live person to schedule an appointment and if you do leave a message your call won't be returned until days later. No one answers the phone there and thats a bit irritating to be honest.

Dr. Joyner is honestly a FANTASTIC doctor!! Words can't express how truly grateful I am to have such a caring, personable pediatrician. He answers all my questions and takes time to make sure I'm involved and understand exactly why and what he is doing. He's wonderful! His staff is really helpful & always willing to go above & beyond! Very nice office I recommend it to everyone I meet!

This is an awesome practice. I have 4 kids and I have never had a problem getting them in to be seen; and the whole staff is courteous and kind.

I agree with the February 1, 2011 post. Dr. Joyner is amazing, but his staff have my husband and I looking for another practice. Everytime we call it feels as if we're in the wrong for doing so...I want a practice where all involved make you feel welcome, even if they have to fake it. When you're dealing with a sick child the last thing you need on top of that is attitude for using, and paying for, the services your doctor's office provides.

My son has been going to dr joyner since 5/2007.He is a really great doctor. His staff. not so much. Bunch of young girls with bad attitudes. and they never answer the phone!...

Dr Joyner and his staff are excellent!! When I was expecting my son, I set an appt with Dr. Joyner. He answered all of my questions and I felt really good about him. That was four years ago. Since then, I moved from Jax to Daytona Beach (2.5 hours away) and then to Middleburg (1 hour away) and I stayed with Dr Joyner. He is that good!!! As long as I can drive to his office, Dr Joyner will remain my son's Doctor! He is kind, patient, really cares about the children in his care, and his quality of care is top notch! Once, on a Friday afternoon, I called him 45 mins before closing time because my son had a high fever. He knew that I lived an hour away, but he stayed at his office until I could get through rush hour traffic to get to there! Even then, he didn't rush through his examination of my son. That's just one example of how he goes above and beyond my expectations! I couldn't ask for more in a Doctor and hope that I never have to take my son to anyone else!!!

Dr. Joyner and his staff are excellent. My travel is over an hour to see Dr. Joyner. That is a small price to pay for the outstanding care and dedication provided by Dr. Joyner. He is patient and will listen to my children's complaint without seeming rushed. He has always gone the extra mile to insure my children not only get what they need to get better, but do so in a timely manner.To Dr. Joyner, each patient is a person, with unique needs, not just a number. Other doctors should take notes. Dr. Joyner is truly the best in his business.

I highly recommend Dr. Joyner and the staff at All About Kids. He has been my child's pediatrician since the day she was born in 9/2006. He and his staff are wonderful! I never feel rushed, my questions are answered, and he cares about the kids. Appointments are usually easy to get (most of the time same day is available). Once in a while there's a wait, but I always try to remember that the wait is b/c my child will be the next to receive the same level of care.

I love this doctor's office and I would recommend anyone to take their child there. I have never been rushed out, if anything I have been held up to be told every detail there is about any issues. The office staff has always been great and the doctors are awesome.

Drs Cannon and Joyner are great! They deliver excellent service. The office environment is clean and friendly as well.

Office staff is very RUDE and they do not care about children...................you will wait for 2 -3 hours before you are seen and then they rush to get you out. Also the Dr. pushed aside a problem that my son has and now we are having to do surgery for it WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN TO THIS DR.

Dr Joyner and Dr Cannon are the best. I had my first child in 01-2006, and was nervous choosing a Dr. I have never regretted my choice! You can't beat the quality they deliver (and they are so nice)! I wish all Dr.'s were like these two.
