I've been visiting Junkyards (auto recycling facilities) for the over 50 years.A u-pull-it yard is not a place for some one wanting to be spoon fed. If you want personal service, hire you a mechanic to go along with you to make sure you get the right part and that it's serviceable. You get a sheet to tell you what models are interchangeable, directions to the correct section of the yard, and loan of a wheelbarrow if you need it. Their selection of vehicles tends to be older, but to keep prices low they can't afford to buy a $3000 vehicle.I've been going here for over 20years,and I have always been satisfied with my purchases,and have only had to trade out one item. They have been fair for the most part with me, I prefer this type of yard VS. the jail type at Main St. Tom H. Not a owner but a real customer

What your problem is you think you are casanova, and you don't like because they knew you could'nt help yourself much less then help you. by the way a hospital can refuse to serve you under conditions of your attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have been going here for years. Best prices in town on used parts. They work WITH you instead of against you like A-1 on main street does. Not the best selection in town , but they are honest at least.

The girls that work there are extremely helpful and beautiful.( this means you,Ms. Gale, Kat,Brit and Bobbie!!) THE best prices in Jacksonville, for used parts. Admission is $2.00 per person no matter what your age is and its good for the whole day, even if you leave and come back, get a stamp on your hand and your good to go!.Even open 7 days a week! They can tell you if they have a certain vehicle, just cant tell ya what parts are left on them, hell, They'll tell ya where it is on the lot and they dont change their prices when ya get to the window (they have price sheets).They have a restroom, wash sinks, and even pipe out air conditioning when its hot and heat when its cold! SO FOR REAL!! GO VISIT U PULL IT ON NORMANDY, YOU'LL LOVE IT!

They are always polite and helpful and I have always found the woman at the window to be very nice. I just wish their truck area was as large as the car area.

they are rude.and the woman at the window is a bitch.they refuse service and wont tell you what they have.if your looking for good service better service try r&r auto salvage.
